Position Description

• Manage and resolve customer deductions and disputes in a timely and accurate manner
• Review, validate, and submit supporting documentation including invoices, proof of delivery, claims backup, and promotional support
• Work directly with retailers, with a strong focus on Home Hardware account deductions and compliance requirements
• Monitor aging deductions and maintain detailed dispute tracking records
• Identify root causes of recurring disputes and recommend process improvements
