Responsibilities

• Monitor and track all defect liability tickets related to Civil works, Joinery, MEP, HVAC, Mechanical, Lighting, Electrical, Plumbing, water leakages.
• Coordinate with contractors for prompt rectifications.
• Follow up on pending tickets to prevent SLA breaches.
• Ensure all rectifications comply with quality and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections when necessary to verify satisfactory completion.
• Escalate unresolved issues and provide necessary feedback.
• Maintain close coordination with the contractor to ensure timely completion.
• Keep customers informed about the progress of their raised concerns.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on ticket status, resolution timelines, and SLA adherence.
