Douglas Scott are currently working with a top tier, international law firm on an opportunity for a Defendant Clinical Negligence Associate to join their market leading Healthcare team in Manchester. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Legal 500 recognised team that promises top quality work and excellent career prospects. 

As part of the national healthcare team, you will gain exposure to a range of high value and complex Clinical Negligence cases on behalf of the NHS. You will assist a partner on the higher value cases whilst also managing your own smaller caseload. 

The ideal candidate must have previous experience of handling, or assisting on Clinical Negligence claims. Defendant experience would be preferred, but candidates with a claimant background who are looking to move into defendant work should still apply.
