About the Role
We're seeking an Institutional Sales Lead to drive capital acquisition from institutional LPs, family offices, and crypto-native funds. You'll be instrumental in achieving 2026 revenue targets by building and closing a pipeline of institutional allocators across key markets, with emphasis on Asia-Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
Capital Acquisition
Drive institutional LP sales targeting $350M TVL across stablecoin and BTC strategies
Secure $10M+ deals from major crypto conferences (Hong Kong, Denver)
Onboard liquid funds ($2–5M+ each) and scale BTC wrapper partnerships
Build relationships with BTC credit line providers
Business Development
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of institutional prospects including:
Market makers and DeFi protocols
Crypto funds and TradFi funds with DeFi exposure
High-net-worth individuals and whales
Custodians and wallets
