Position Summary
As Deli 2nd Assistant Manager, you focus on supporting the Deli Manager and Deli 1st Assistant Manager with the daily functions and profitability of the Deli Department.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service, address the needs of customers, and answer their questions in a timely and effective manner.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of the financial needs of the Deli Department.
Supervision, delegation of tasks, and development of the Deli Team in the absence of the Deli Manager and Deli 1st Assistant Manager.
Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and timely.
