Deli Kitchen Clerk - Prep Cook (Part Time)

Position Summary

As a Deli Kitchen Clerk you focus on upholding the highest standards of quality of all food produced by the Deli Kitchen, supporting the overall goals and success of the daily operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete prep work for various areas of the Deli, including but not limited to Panini/Sandwich Prep, Packer, Prep Cook, and Salad Bar Production.
• Follow and complete daily production sheets.
• Aid with preparation of products according to the Company’s specifications and recipes.
• Wash, soak, cut, peel and chop ingredients by hand or machine.
• Package, weigh, and label products, using the Cry‑O‑Vac (ROP) when appropriate.
