Job Description

Summary of essential job functions
Customer Service. Greet and take care of every customer that enters the department. Address all customer requests and concern in a timely manner.
Uphold department standards by ordering, pricing, and merchandising all deli/bakery items.
Ensure that all deli/bakery products are up to company standards of freshness and prepared according to company procedures.
Manage the deli/bakery associates by allocating and assigning tasks based on business needs.
Staff the department. Partake in interviews for your department. We have a seasonal business and need to create staffing plans accordingly.
Scheduling for the Deli & Bakery Departments
Handle Employee Relation issues in your department. Partner with your store manager and HR department when needed to address performance/conduct issues.
Provide training to new hires as well as existing employees in your department. Work to cross train ...
