Full- time Store Supervisor required for our EUROSPAR Summerhill based store. TNMS Retail Group is part of the BWG Group representing the EUROSPAR brand in Ireland.
The ideal candidate will support management and take the required responsibility in ensuring the fresh foods department is profitable, operates efficiently, effectively, and hygienically to ensure safe food commensurate with the highest standards of service and products.
SUPERVISORY
Oversee and ensure the smooth running of all fresh food operations in conjunction with management
Supervise the activities of the team on a daily and on-going basis so as to ensure necessary tasks are completed on time and to the required standard
Ensure high quality and consistent customer service is provided at all times
To provide the required mandatory training as designated by management
