We focus on all operational aspects of a transaction – pre‑and post‑close – including pre‑deal and functional due diligence, enterprise‑wide integrations, and complex divestitures, carve‑outs and separations. Our work spans across a wide range of functional and cross‑functional areas, within diverse sectors and industries. As a DDV Senior Manager, you will join a dynamic team of problem solvers dedicated to helping clients navigate complex business challenges from strategy through execution. You will play a central role in driving value across the full deal lifecycle, partnering with other competencies with PwC’s Deals line of business to serve clients in delivering measurable results in high‑stakes transactions.
