Delivery Analyst / Support Analyst Looking to build a career in technology?
Acxiom is seeking a Delivery Analyst to join our Support team in Mexico City.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for troubleshooting and helping clients succeed.
You'll support enterprise applications, resolve user issues, manage support tickets, and gain exposure to cloud technologies, compliance processes, and identity-related solutions in a global technology environment.
What You'll Do
Provide Tier one application support for clients and internal users
Troubleshoot issues such as account access, password resets, user provisioning, and system outages
Manage and track support requests through Salesforce and other ticketing tools
Document issues, resolutions, and support activities
Support client onboarding, platform demonstrations, and user training
