Job Descriptions

1. Prepare, lay-out and load invoiced stocks for delivery Be accountable for deliveries and
   securing collections in compliance with sales, delivery and collection guidelines.
2. Process sales returns and pull-out defective items whenever necessary
3. Fill out Vehicle Itineraries and prepare Incident Reports for failed deliveries
4. Give feedback to the sales and collection department on any and all matters that may
   affect a customers' credit or payment capacity
5. Improve overall customer experience by ensuring vehicles are clean and well
   maintained and that items and documents are complete and in order.
6. Perform other tasks as instructed by the IC or WH MGR
