About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and results-driven Head of US Recruitment to lead and scale our US hiring operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, sales-focused environment . You will own full-cycle recruitment across Sales, Operations, Leadership, and specialized positions, and build a high-performing, aggressive recruiting team capable of delivering speed, quality, and measurable impact . This is not a theoretical role—you must have real, hands-on experience running end-to-end US recruitment , designing ATS workflows, setting KPIs, and hitting ambitious targets in a competitive market.
