Delivery Helper

• Loading & Unloading: Assist in safely loading items onto the truck and unloading them at delivery sites.
• Navigation & Support: Help the driver with directions, GPS, and backing up.
• Handling & Security: Secure loads with straps/tarps, handle packages with care, and ensure product integrity during transit.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, obtain signatures, answer basic questions, and address concerns.
• Accuracy & Reporting: Verify deliveries against orders and report discrepancies or problems.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle clean and free of debris.
• Safety: Adhere to all company safety guidelines and protocols.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, honesty, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
