Description
1.Assist drivers in securing all delivery documents, including delivery receipts and material/item supplier or customer paperwork.
2.Help drivers organize and maintain all necessary delivery equipment, such as maintenance tools, delivery straps and shackles, tarpaulin covers, and other paraphernalia.
3.Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean and properly prepared before departure, verifying that all doors and windows are securely closed.
4.Handle the loading and unloading of items for both delivery and pick-up.
- Possesses knowledge of proper cargo arrangement and lashing procedures.
6.Ensure that items loaded in the truck are properly secured, organized, and protected to prevent damage during transit.
7.Verify items for delivery based on delivery receipts, invoices, or packing lists to ensure accuracy.
