Delivery Helper

Job Summary:
The Delivery Helper assists the delivery driver in the safe and timely delivery of goods. The role also requires basic computer skills for simple documentation, inventory checking, and report updates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading of goods during deliveries
• Ensure items are properly handled and secured to avoid damage
• Help in checking delivery items against invoices or delivery receipts
• Assist in basic inventory monitoring and documentation
• Encode basic delivery reports, inventories, or acknowledgments using a computer
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery personnel
• Perform other tasks related to delivery operations as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate
• With experience as delivery helper is an advantage
• Must be knowledgeable in basic computer use
