Delivery Helper

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and Unloading: Assisting with loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle, ensuring items are properly secured for transport.
• Route Assistance: Helping the driver find delivery locations and navigating routes.
• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
• Verifying Deliveries: Checking the accuracy of deliveries, obtaining signatures or confirming deliveries, and ensuring the correct items are delivered to the correct customer.
• Safety and Vehicle Maintenance: Following safety protocols, inspecting the vehicle, and maintaining its cleanliness.
• Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory, reporting any discrepancies, and organizing delivery items within the vehicle.
