Delivery Lead (Assets)

About the Role

Monks is looking for a Delivery Manager based in Colombia to own the DAM operations for one of our largest global clients. You’ll manage a high‑volume, fast‑paced system, enable global creative teams to find and deliver assets quickly, and act as the primary point of contact for DAM‑related training, first‑line support, licensing and compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with regional teams, in‑house developers and external partners to keep the DAM, asset library and integrated workflows running smoothly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the DAM: ensure assets are uploaded, tagged with correct metadata, and organized so assets are discoverable in seconds. Keep folder structures clean and enforce naming/ingest standards.
