Delivery Lead - Business Readiness

We're partnering with a major financial services organisation to appoint a Business Readiness Delivery Lead. This is a hands-on delivery role, responsible for planning, coordinating and executing business readiness, testing and change activities across multiple program releases. You will play a key role in ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently, risks are managed proactively and teams are aligned and informed.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business readiness and change activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication and training initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate testing, ensuring the business is prepared for new releases and processes.
• Manage program risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate and keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Drive collaboration between business and delivery teams, facilitating decision-making and alignment across multiple streams.
