The Delivery Lead co-owns end-to-end delivery of business solutions for the scope of the Delivery Team with Transformation & Change Delivery (TCD) Delivery Lead; Understands the strategy, needs and challenges of the business partners s/he supports as well as the end-to-end processes for those businesses.Oversees all applications supporting that customer group to ensure service levels are received and system changes are delivered to expectation. Accountable for the design, delivery, and support of solution.

·Leading an impactful application delivery team supporting AXA XL’s Actuarial Reserving business functions.

·Working closely with key business stakeholders to manage critical actuarial reserving processes including monthly, quarterly and annual cycles to meet local, regulatory and AXA group deadlines.
