You will manage the growth and development of a diverse team of delivery professionals including Scrum Masters, Program Managers, and Project Managers responsible for delivering results in a highly collaborative environment that values performance and excellence. As a core team member of the HSDE Leadership team, you will help shape not only the organizations design and ways of working but have influence across TELUS Digital more broadly.
