Delivery Lead

Ready to lead high-impact hiring across APAC? We're looking for a results-driven Delivery Lead who can take ownership of recruitment operations, drive aggressive hiring targets, and lead a team to consistently deliver top talent.
What You'll Own
Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across IT and Non-IT roles
Drive high-volume and niche hiring across APAC (MY, SG, ID, PH)
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to hit daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
Build strong pipelines using advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean, referrals, job boards)
Act as the main point of contact for clients—own stakeholder management and delivery performance
Track and improve key metrics: time-to-fill, submittal ratios, interview-to-offer conversions
Handle escalations, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure consistent SLA delivery

Proven experience in RPO / agency recruitment / delivery leadership
