Delivery Lead

About the Role

As a key member of MASH HQ, you'll act as the strategic bridge between our clients and our internal leadership team. You'll work closely with the General Manager, Talent Strategy Director and CFO to design talent-based solutions, lead senior client conversations, and ensure our augmented in-house agency model delivers visible, measurable value year-on-year.

Client Servicing & Satisfaction

• Act as the primary HQ point of contact for the clients, ensuring smooth communication from briefing and scoping through to delivery and reporting.
• Support QBRs (or MBRs – MASH business reviews as we call them) and client reviews, bringing marketing and talent insights that connect our work to their broader brand, media and business objectives.
