• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting to support business decision-making.
• Support finance transformation initiatives such as automation, dashboarding, process improvement, and adoption of digital tools.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver financial insights, cost optimization strategies, and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies while improving efficiency through continuous improvement and best-practice frameworks.
