Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Lead to manage and drive U.S. Government/State staffing operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with U.S. state/public sector clients, managing VMS portals, leading recruitment teams, and delivering qualified candidates within strict SLA timelines.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in U.S. staffing processes, visa classifications, tax terms, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the U.S. State/Government staffing recruitment team and delivery operations
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for U.S. state/public sector clients
