Job Summary:

• Effective handling of Distribution Center Operations on a daily basis ensuring operational compliance and productivity.
• Requires broad and deep understanding of the Distribution Center operations as well as technical expertise of evaluating and analyzing both internal and external factors affecting performance of each Distribution Cent
• Consistently implements plans, policies and standards of the Company
• Must be abreast of daily operational requirements, the ability to handle it with utmost urgency and pro-active approach in addressing Operations, Logistics, Human Resource, Customer Relations and Finance.
• Duties and Responsibilities are: Delivery, Logistics Management, Accounting and Finance, Audit, Manpower Planning and Organization Development, Recruitment and Placement, Compensation and Benefits, Training, Administrative Investigation/Cases, Administrative Functions, Customer Advocacy and Delivery Process Improvement
