Job Description
- Lead and manage end-to-endOrder to Cash (OTC) operations including:
- Order Management
- Billing & Invoicing
- Accounts Receivable
- Cash Application
- Collections & Dispute Management
- Ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs, and contractual deliverables.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage team performance, coaching, and development of team leads and supervisors.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
- Handle escalations and implement corrective action plans when needed.
- Support transitions, migrations, and process improvements initiatives.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and cost management to meet financial targets.
