The delivery manager will have extensive experience in delivering agile projects in a blended or multi vendor environment, ideally in a government setting. We also expect the candidate to have played the role of a scrum master to agile delivery teams as well as have a history of promoting the correct behaviors and tools to ensure collaboration and transparency. The candidate will have working experience of agile tracking tools such as Jira or Trello. Candidate should have experience into Cloud Technologies. You are responsible for creating the right environment for your multidisciplinary team to succeed, helping them to self-organize whilst creating a culture of learning and transparency. You'll be a key part of one of the UK's biggest and most high‑profile digital transformation programmes, a once‑in a‑generation reform of government products and services.
