Delivery Manager

About the Role

As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of automation projects and services, ensuring all initiatives meet agreed scope, timelines, and budget. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and strong people leadership to build high-performing teams and foster lasting client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead automation projects from planning through to delivery and handover
• Own scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery governance
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a delivery advisor
• Provide clear, data-driven reporting tailored to stakeholder needs
• Lead and coach multi-disciplinary delivery teams (onshore & offshore)
• Support pre-sales activity and identify growth opportunities within accounts
