Drive Consulting Income
Monitor and improve the team's invoiceability.
Be involved and accountable for the consulting income:
Ensure the team is invoiceable and find projects this is not the case.
Fight and defend the invoiceability of your team.
Support the sales team in closing deals by providing delivery insights and building confidence in our execution.
Identify and negotiate change requests to minimize credit notes and maximize revenue.
