Delivery Manager

Position Summary

The F&A Delivery Manager leads end-to-end Finance & Accounting service delivery, acting as the primary client interface to ensure SLAs, contractual commitments, and quality standards are consistently met. This role drives operational excellence, manages large multi-tiered teams, and supports strategic business outcomes across R2R, P2P, and O2C functions.

Key Responsibilities

-Own client relationships and overall service delivery performance, ensuring SLA, budget, and quality targets are achieved.

• Lead, coach, and develop multi-tiered teams, including people managers, in complex BPO/shared services environments (50+ headcount).

• Oversee resource planning, forecasting, and contract governance.

• Drive process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives across F&A operations.

• Provide leadership across R2R, P2P, and O2C processes and manage transitions or special projects.
