About the Role
As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of automation projects and services, ensuring all initiatives meet agreed scope, timelines, and budget. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and strong people leadership to build high-performing teams and foster lasting client partnerships.
Key responsibilities
Lead automation projects from planning through to delivery and handover
Own scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery governance
Build trusted client relationships and act as a delivery advisor
Provide clear, data-driven reporting tailored to stakeholder needs
Lead and coach multi-disciplinary delivery teams (onshore & offshore)
Support pre-sales activity and identify growth opportunities within accounts
