Delivery Manager (Vancouver)

Robots & Pencils is an applied AI engineering firm building production AI systems for enterprise clients across multiple markets. We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead day‑to‑day delivery on one of our most complex and high‑visibility active engagements - an agentic learning platform designed to create a new educational model for human‑centered learning in the Age of AI.

This is not a greenfield project. The platform is in active development with a committed release timeline, a cross‑functional team spanning engineering, product, design, and QA, and a client organization that is deeply invested in the outcome. You will be stepping into a delivery leadership role on a team that is already moving and needs someone who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum without slowing things down.
