Delivery Manager/Scrum Master

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced
professional who can blend the responsibilities of a Scrum Master and Delivery
Manager to drive multi-team Agile execution, ensure predictable delivery, and
manage stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong leadership,
governance oversight, and hands-on Agile coaching. Onsite presence in Novi, MI
is required.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Agile Leadership & Facilitation

- Lead Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Stand-ups,
Refinement, Reviews, Retros.

- Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile best practices,
backlog quality, and flow optimization.

- Identify and remove impediments; drive continuous
improvement and team maturity.

- Delivery & Program Management

- Own end-to-end delivery: scope, schedule, budget, quality,
and release planning.

- Build integrated delivery roadmaps and manage cross-team
