Delivery Operations Assistant VA

We are seeking a Delivery Operations Assistant VA to help coordinate and monitor delivery operations. This position is great for someone with a background in dispatching who can ensure deliveries are completed on time and resolve any operational challenges that arise throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate driver schedules to ensure deliveries are on time
– Monitor operations in real-time and intervene as necessary to resolve issues
– Communicate with drivers to ensure smooth operations
– Maintain detailed dispatch logs and records
– Assist in tracking driver performance and completing incident reports

Mandatory Skills:
– Experience in dispatching or logistics operations
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly
– Experience with time tracking and schedule management
