About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Automation and AI Developer to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge tools and workflows to automate and optimize our fundraising solution infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in automation and AI development, with a strong background in Python, CRM platforms like GoHighLevel, and AI-driven tools. Proficiency in English communication is required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
As a Microsoft-centric organization, expertise with Microsoft email and content management tools is critical. Familiarity with GMASS for email validation, GitHub for version control, and frameworks such as Dash and TensorFlow will be a significant advantage.
