Work You'll Do
As a US Delivery Senior Consultant on the team, you will:

+ Review bank-related runbooks (processing calendars, cutoffs, rerun procedures), known issues, and interface dependencies.

+ Triage payment/settlement incidents (rejections, processing exceptions, file-related issues), approval bottlenecks, and security/access issues.

+ Coordinate with integrations/technical teams for file failures and confirm end-to-end resolution and audit traceability.
