Delivery Supervisor / Operations Executive

Overview

Koko Delivery is seeking a highly accountable and detail-oriented Delivery Supervisor / Operations Executive to take full ownership of daily delivery operations.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily delivery activities, managing drivers (full-time and freelance), anticipating operational risks, and ensuring clear communication across drivers, clients, and management.

You are expected to think ahead, flag issues early, and resolve problems proactively — not wait for instructions or react only when problems occur.

1. Daily Operations Ownership

• Take end-to-end ownership of daily delivery operations.

• Ensure drivers are properly scheduled, briefed, and ready before deliveries commence.
