Executive Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a #1 global market leader in digital shopper marketing. This job initially offers a remote work set-up and will transition to Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) with a night shift schedule.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Deltek ERP Administrator / Business Systems Analyst to take full internal ownership of our Deltek Vantagepoint environment. This role will transition Deltek administration from external consultants to an internal, accountable system owner. The role partners closely with Finance, HR, and Operations and is responsible for system configuration, reporting, documentation, and ongoing optimization. This is a hands-on ownership role, not a support or helpdesk position.
