You will be the main point of contact for your designated customers and liaise with different departments within Hyperguest to make sure all operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Cover all necessary actions and measures to guarantee the best relations and performance of our customers
• Continuous sales performance monitoring and optimization based on volume, revenues and contract values
• Constant communication with accounts to optimize connection and identify sales opportunities
• Bring contracts between travel partners and hotels
• Resolution of escalated customer service requests
