Demand and Replenishment Analyst

Role

The Demand and Replenishment Planning Analyst is responsible to plan for supply and replenishment, ensuring availability on time, taking into consideration keeping costs at minimum, through optimum quantity purchase, careful allocation among suppliers and brands, and keen monitoring of inventory movement to flag and take actions based on disposition for slow moving, non moving inventory. Supports operations by ensuring sustainable supply and taking proactive initiatives for possible stock out.

Duties and Responsibilities

·       Develops an effective Material Replenishment Plan for all inventory materials, taking into account historical usage from past 3 months average and same period last year and with conscious consideration of the shelf life of each material.

·       Monitors and Manages Inventory by regularly checking for aging inventory, slow moving, non-moving.  Ensures damages and vendor returns are handled accordingly.
