Your mission

Most demand gen roles ask you to build the machine from scratch. This one does not. Datamaran has been in ESG since 2014, before it was a category, and some of the world's largest companies, Bridgestone, Dell, Cisco, Kraft Heinz, PepsiCo and NTT Data, use our platform to make ESG work for their strategy.

Our go-to-market motion is already in place. Channels are activated, account-based programs are running, the BDR rhythm is set, and real pipeline is coming through every month. What we need is one person who picks all of that up and runs with it, end to end, so we can deepen what works and add what is missing.

In this role, you will: 

• Own pipeline generation across paid search, paid social and third-party advertising, with a clear monthly target and a clear segment focus
• Run multiple campaigns in parallel from concept to brief to launch to reporting, on a six to twelve week horizon
