We're building a predictable growth engine and looking for a performance-driven marketer who cares about outcomes: qualified leads and booked demos.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Demand Generation Marketer based in Nairobi. You will own the end-to-end funnel: campaigns → lead capture → nurture → booked demos. You'll work closely with the founder/sales team to test offers, improve conversion rates, and consistently deliver 3–5 booked demos per week.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and B2B Marketing strategies
Experience with email marketing campaigns, social media advertising, and SEO/SEM practices
Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize key metrics
