Demand Growth Analyst

As a Demand Growth Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of Growth, Marketplace, Product, and Operations, shaping strategies that accelerate rider adoption, improve retention, and sustainably grow ridership.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute Zig's demand growth strategy
Analyze rider funnel performance and marketplace dynamics, using insights to guide product direction
Set up, manage, and monitor day-to-day performance of demand generation activities
Own rider lifecycle, retention, and engagement strategy
Design and scale growth experiments
Collaborate cross-functionally with Pricing, Supply and Product to drive growth at scale
Influence strategic decisions with data & insights
