Job Description

Summary of this role :
Responsible for leading demand and supply planning activities to ensure product availability, inventory optimization, and forecast accuracy. The role drives SOP processes, develops consensus demand forecasts, manages inventory performance, identifies business risks and opportunities, and collaborates closely with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Drive monthly S&OP and forecast meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
Lead the Forecast review and alignment meeting with the commercial team to capture marketing intelligence such as new launches, cannibalization, promotions, product transitions, and distribution plan to build the total demand plan.
