Responsibilities

• Conduct demand planning and analysis for spare parts at the Regional Distribution Center (RDC).
• Maintain data integrity within the ERP system, ensuring accurate reorder points and alignment.
• Analyze historical sales trends and inventory data to refine forecasting models and identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance and other stakeholders to perform inventory analysis and forecast demand effectively.
• Optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages while managing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Manage the complete order process, including generating purchase orders based on forecasts, costs, and supplier performance.
• Track and update purchase orders and manage supplier communications regarding order status.
• Prepare regular stock reconciliation reports and investigate discrepancies between ERP and third-party logistics (3PL) systems.
