Demand Planner

General Summary

The primary objective of this role is to develop and maintain an accurate 18-month demand forecast for suppliers and contract manufacturers , supporting supply planning, inventory optimization, and alignment with customer demand and revenue objectives. This position contributes to the S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes by delivering high-quality demand insights, improving forecast accuracy, and enabling informed decision-making across Sales, Operations, and Finance, with a strong focus on analytics and continuous improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 18-month rolling demand forecasts for suppliers and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) using SAP IBP , ensuring a reliable demand signal for supply and inventory planning.
