Demand Planner

Job Summary

The Demand Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving demand forecasts to support Global Pacific's supply chain operations. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, optimal inventory levels, and efficient production and distribution planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs
• Analyze sales performance, seasonality, promotions, and customer demand patterns
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to incorporate promotions, new product launches, and market intelligence into forecasts
• Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting models and processes
