Demand Planner

About the Role:
We are hiring an execution-focused Demand Planner to own demand planning, inventory control, purchase order execution, and vendor coordination. This role exists to prevent stockouts, maintain clean inventory coverage, and support SOP-driven cost reduction initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
• Execute weekly demand planning SOPs (forecast → inventory → PO)
• Monitor inventory levels, expiry, and weeks of cover
• Create and manage purchase orders
• Escalate risks immediately when thresholds are breached
• Maintain zero subscription stockouts
Vendor Management & Cost Reduction
• Manage vendor relationships under defined SOPs
• Communicate primarily via email (~95%) with US-based vendors
• Support new vendor outreach for packaging and product cost reduction
• Track vendor performance, lead times, and pricing
Compensation: PHP 45,000 – 60,000 / month
Employment Type: Full-time, Philippine payroll
