Demand Planner

Must be able to work Monday through Thursday at our Rosemont office. Friday's remote


Position Responsibilities:  
+ Develop demand forecasts and operational forecasts for different time horizons within the supply chain, while reviewing historical sales trends and researching demand drivers to understand the forecast drivers
+ Utilize a collaborative approach by working with sales and marketing to obtain current and accurate information while using demand planning software as the primary forecast tool
+ Provide input to the supply planning organization in developing inventory strategies for new products and closely coordinate communication with customer action plans within the warehouse
+ Maintain best-in-class forecast accuracy levels and out-of-stock levels within the logistics process, while eliminating breakage, damage, and loss due to product age
+ Other duties as assigned
