Demand Planning Coordinator

Join us as a **Demand Planning Coordinator** , where you'll ensure accurate demand forecasts, secure product availability, and support the IBP process. You’ll play a key role in protecting service levels, avoiding obsoletes, and enabling innovation through precise planning and strong cross-functional collaboration.



This role manages the **end-to-end demand planning** for the Sweet Snacks portfolio and partners closely with the Short-Term Planning team to align mid/long-term signals with day-to-day execution.

+ **Forecasting & Analysis** : Build monthly **Prework** and **Forecasts** using HILO, historical trends, seasonality, and Xolo predictive insights. Track **BIAS** to ensure accuracy, reviewing deviations and documenting root causes.
